Rudina HOXHA was born in Berat, on September 17, 1978. She is married and has 2 children.

She graduated in Philosophy-Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana, and holds a Master of Science in Health Management.

Her professional career includes several important leadership positions with over 20 years of experience in public administration and service management, where she has held leadership positions such as General Director of the Zoo Department, Head of Consumer Protection Agency and Head of Human Resources and Administration at "Albanian Postal" Corporation, Head of Residential Care Institution for children aged 0-6, Tirana.

Since June 2026, she serve as DG General of the National Forest Agency.

Rudina Hoxha, has carried out a series of trainings, qualifications and other national and international activities of a scientific and technical charatcter.

She has very good skills in English, and communicates fluently in French and Italian.
